Product parameters

The sheet metal processing technology first removes the material from the metal sheet placed on the flat bed, and then forms the desired shape through cutting tools according to the programmed part pattern. This operation can be completed through various subtractive processing techniques. Sheet metal punching, shearing, laser, waterjet or plasma can generate additional features such as inner holes and edge features based on the geometric shape of the part. The second stage is material deformation. The cut parts enter the bending machine, where they are formed into their final shape through bending and other forming processes. The final process is to assemble the sheet metal parts together or with other non sheet metal parts to form a complete product. Surface treatment is usually required to improve mechanical properties.
